*Note: If you are attending our Winter or Spring Break trip, you must complete the Membership form and the Winter trip form. You must be a current OSU Ski Club member to attend any of our trips. 

*If you only wish to be a "social member" (who only attends our weekly socials/tailgates/house parties), you only need to print the Membership form.
